How to fall asleep quickly and deeply at night

We suggest this selected medicinal plants that provide relaxant effect and promote emotional stability. It provides a feeling of calm and relaxation when taken as an infusion for at least 30 minutes before going to bed.

Recipe – Infusion Sleepy Night


1/4 cup dried chamomile flowers
1/4 cup dried edelweiss flowers
1/2 cup dried lemon balm leaves
1/2 cup dried valerian roots


Mix the dried plants and grind them in a coffee grinder, store them in a jar, close tightly and label. Use 1 full teaspoon for a cup of hot water and leave to brew for 5-10 minutes.

Below we also suggest a mix or individual bulk plants with a natural sleeping effect to treat insomnia and to induce relaxing and calming effects.
