• If you order from our online catalogue, the minimum order is 25 items (prices are listed online). We offer some customization options according to the wish of customers, please check each product.
• If you order out of our catalogue (customer formula), there is minimum MOQ of 1000 CHF.  
• If we develop a new formula from scratch, there is extra R&D fees between 250 – 2500 CHF for formulation research. Then, for future orders, the MOQ is 250 CHF.
• Please note that our manufacturing specialization is natural skincare, biocosmetics hygiene and phytohealthcare.

We make a first sample for you using your formula or we develop a new formula for you. If you like the samples, then we manufacture for you small batches, then larger batches.

Depends on the volume of your order and the formula, delivery time is approximatively between 2-8 weeks.

No, unfortunately, we do not organise any visit any more. We are a small team and we focus on working to deliver the orders. 

We deliver with our standards basic containers.  You might send us your containers with labels, and we fill them up.

Yes, we offer packaging and conditionning services. Please visit packaging services page located at the menu. 

Your order is shipped to you from our location in Vevey to any place you would like using any transporter you would like (Fedex, DHL, etc.).
