We offer a platform where customers can create their own formula with no limitation by choosing ingredients from our online published list (vitamins, active agents, fragrance, etc.). Or if they prefer white label, then we will choose the ingredient for them.
- Visit our catalogue, select wich product you would like to order, then start creation of your own skincare formula and order your first sample !
- Sample is available and MOQ is 10.
You can create your own formula from the ingredients published list. Next steps:
- We manufacture samples based on your formula (vitamins, fragrances, etc.)
- Once approved, you may place a small pilot batch order of 10 units including R&D but without labeling.
- After validation, you can proceed with a minimum first production order of 100 units, including labeling and laboratory tests. At this stage, you may also proceed with PIF preparation.
- Then you might order 250 units or 500 units.
Send us an email with your ingredients that are not included in our published ingredients list for each product. We will confirm whether we can accommodate your request and provide you with any additionnal cost.
Go to our catalogue on the Menu bar. Select the product you would like to order. Select the size (for example a sample). Check the box ” White Label (I would like to order white label formula) down in the form. Select no vitamins, no active agent, etc. Then place your order.
Yes, you can order skincare samples online with no limitation from our catalogue based on your own formula !
Depends on the volume of your order and the formula, delivery time is approximatively between 2-8 weeks but can be longer depending on workload.
We supply products in our standard basic containers, without labels, for samples and orders of 10 units. From 100 units onward, labeling is included in the price. Alternatively, you may provide your own containers that include labels, and we will handle the filling. If you provide you own containers, labeling must be included.
No laboratory tests are conducted for samples and orders of 10 units. From 100 units onward, laboratory tests are performed and are included in the price.

Product Information File (PIF) which include Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) based on your own formula for CHF and EU.

Your order is shipped to you from our location to any place worldwide. Delivery cost is indicated when you place your order.

Payment
You can make the payment by bank transfer or online on our webshop. Payment when ordering online can be made using Visa, American Express, Master Card and Paypal through a secure encrypted system. After the payment transaction, the buyer will receive a receipt of his payment which will also include the order number. Our payment system is secure and encrypted.
Private information collected on buyers’ credit cards is treated with a high level of confidentiality during transactions and does not remain in our systems and servers after payment transactions are completed.
